We offer our clients a wide range of payment options. The availability of some payment methods is restricted based on the country of delivery. The payment method soffered are shown on the order form after the delivery address has been entered.

Payment by credit and debit cards

You can pay conveniently and securely by credit card or debit card. We accept most popular credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express as well as JCB. In addition we can process payments with most debit cards issued by MasterCard and Visa such as Visa Electron and Visa Debit.

Availability

Payment by credit and debit card is available for clients in all countries.

Security

We follow best practice for the maximum security of our clients’ card details. When opting for credit or debit card payment at the checkout you will be redirected to the payment page of the specialized payment provider cooperating with our bank (Computop; Redsys). These providers are certified by the highest security standards (PCI-D DSS). This means that your credit card details will not be processed or stored on any of our own servers. Your card details will not be visible to us or our staff at any time, apart from a maximum of six digits of your card number to identify your payment. After a maximum of 60 days the payment processor will delete your card details.

When will I be charged?

Payments are processed the same day you submit the payment.In a case where a product is not available for 3 weeks or more from the date of the order, we will refund your payment and then contact you regarding payment once it is available again.

Cancellations & return payments

All refunds will be made within a maximum of 2 weeks from the date when it is agreed to refund. All refunds will be made to the same credit or debit card that was used for the original payment. Please note that in some cases it may be possible that the refund appears on your credit card statement with the date of the original payment instead of the refund date.

Payment by PayPal

You can pay by PayPal. It is also possible to pay by PayPal even without creating a PayPal account. If you do not wish to create an account please choose “Don’t have a PayPal account” after being redirected to PayPal by the link.

Availability

Payment via PayPal is available for clients in all countries.

Security

You will be redirected directly to the PayPal website to login and arrange the payment. Your PayPal login details are not passing via our own servers. We will not have access in any form to your PayPal login details. Your payment is restricted to exactly the amount that you authorize in the PayPal transaction.

When will I be charged?

Payments by Paypal are processed within minutes of the order.

Cancellations & return payments

If you pay by PayPal any return payments will be made to your PayPal account within a maximum of 2 weeks. If you paid via PayPal without creating an account, PayPal will credit the funds back to whichever account or card you used to make the payment.

Payment by cash on delivery

You can pay for your order directly to the messenger of UPS or DHL upon delivery. This is a relatively expensive form of payment offered by the parcel service providers. Due to the high costs compared to our other payment methods, we have to charge an additional fee for this payment option, which varies from country to country and is indicated during the checkout process. The parcel service can only accept payment in cash and you should have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery. In the past an additional fee needed to be paid directly to the messenger. This is no longer the case. You will just have to pay the amount stated in the invoice which includes all fees related to the cash on delivery payment.

Availability

UPS and DHL each offer payment by cash on delivery (C.O.D.) for different countries. DHL only offers this service for Germany, Italy, Spain and Portugal. UPS offers the service for a much more comprehensive range of countries. Availability of this payment option also depends on the chosen shipping option. Orders that contain cabinets which exceed the maximum allowed dimensions of the parcel services are shipped by a forwarder and in this case this payment option is not available.

Security

No payment details are transferred to us in any form, so there are no possible security issues with this payment option.

When will I be charged?

Upon delivery by the parcel service.

Cancellations & return payments

If you pay cash on delivery we do not have any records of how to make a return payment. Therefore we will reach out to you to ask to which bank account you would like us to arrange your return payment. Any return payments will be made within 2 weeks.

Payment by SEPA direct debit

You can pay by SEPA direct debit. In a number of countries this is one of the most popular e-commerce payment options and this payment is now available for many EU countries. You simply indicate the IBAN code of the account from which you would like to pay the order. Payments via SEPA direct debit are always made in EURO.

Availability

This payment option is available to clients in EU countries. For EURO countries the payment can conveniently be finalized online. For clients from EU countries with currencies other than EURO, you will have to print a form and send it to our payment provider. The availability of this payment option is subject to a risk analysis by our payment provider.

Security

When choosing Sepa Direct Debit you will be redirected to the website of our payment provider (Computop; Klarna). Please follow the steps there to indicate your IBAN code. These providers are certified by the highest security standards (PCI-D DSS). Your bank details are not processed or stored in our own web server. The payment processor passes the direct debit order directly to our bank.

When will I be charged?

Direct Debit payments are processed on the same day you submit the payment.

Cancellations & return payments

If you pay by Direct Debit any return payments will be made within 2 weeks to the bank account from which you made the original payment. It may take up to 3 working days until a refund is visible on your account statement.

Payment by Online bank transfer (Sofort Banking)

Sofort Banking is a service offered by Klarna that allows you to conveniently pay by wire transfer via online banking at the moment of purchase.

Availability

Payment via Sofort Banking is available for clients in Germany, Austria, Italy, Spain, Belgium and the Netherlands.

Security

After choosing this payment option you will be redirected to the Klarna/Sofort banking website. Here, via an interface, you can arrange a wire transfer from your bank account. The service is certified by TÜV and has been in operation since 2006. Klarna, the company operating the service, is one of the worldwide leading online payment processors. No information related to this payment is processed or stored on our server, except a final confirmation about the success of the payment. Neither we, nor the payment processor, will have access to charge an amount different from what you authorize during the payment process.

When will I be charged?

Payments by Sofort Banking are usually charged to your bank account on the same day you submit the payment

Cancellations & return payments

If you pay by Sofort Banking we will arrange refunds to the same bank account from which the original payment was made. We may need to reach out to you to ask for your complete bank details to arrange your return payment. Any return payments will be made within 2 weeks.

Payment by invoice after receipt of goods (Pay Later by Klarna)

We offer the option of paying by wire transfer within 14 days of an orders' delivery to you. This service is offered in cooperation with Klarna. You will receive an invoice from Klarna.

Availability

This payment option is only available to clients from USA, UK, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Denmark, Norway, Finland, Sweden and the Netherlands. The availability of this payment option is subject to a positive risk analysis by Klarna. Delivery and invoicing addresses must to be identical or the payment cannot be processed using this method.

Security

There is no payment related security risk for you since you can pay only after you have received and inspected the order. If you do not pay within the indicated deadline you will receive an email notification advising you to arrange payment within the terms provided to avoid late payment fees. Please note that it may take up to 5 working days from the moment of your wire transfer until the amount is visible in your Klarna account.

When will I be charged?

The client can arrange the payment via wire transfer to the bank account indicated in the invoice from Klarna within 14 days.

Cancellations & return payments

If you pay using this option, we do not have any bank records to make a return payment. We will contact you to ask for your bank details. Any return payments will be processed within 2 weeks.

Payment by bank transfer

You also have the option to pay by wire transfer from your bank account to ours. We generally recommend that you only opt for this payment method when no other available payment option is viable for you. When you pay by wire, it will add several days delay to the reception of your order as we have to wait until the funds are showing on our bank account before we can process and ship.

When arranging the transfer please follow these instructions:
- Choose “shared costs” for the transaction fees. You will be responsible for all related fees charged by your bank.
- Payments must be sent in the same currency and for the same amount as indicated at the checkout.
- Specify the order reference ID and client name as the concept along with the transaction.

Availability

Payment via wire transfer is available to all our clients around the world. In some exceptional cases this payment option may not be showing on the website. Should this be your case, please contact our customer service and we will send you instructions on how to arrange payment for your order by bank transfer.

Security

If you choose to pay by bank transfer your bank details are not processed, or saved, on our servers.

When will I be charged?

Payments by bank transfer are generally charged to your bank account on the same day you request the transfer though it will usually take several days for the funds to appear on our bank account.

Cancellations & return payments

If you pay by bank transfer we will arrange a refund to the same bank account from which the original payment was made. We may need to contact you to ask for your complete bank details, because for most wire transfers, all the information needed to send a refund is not provided with your original payment. Return payments via wire transfer will be processed within 2 weeks.

Will I receive a VAT invoice?

Upon shipment of their order, we automatically send every customer a VAT invoice by email. Clients from outside the EU will receive an invoice without VAT since they are exempted from paying VAT.
