16 Sep 2023A broken drawer (at the end of its functional capacity), obviously leaving the factory as there was no impact on the packaging or the humidor. The drawer did not fit properly and had to be force-fitted at the factory. I took the drawer back (sanding and gluing). A slight drop in quality on this humidor compared to the previous one purchased several years ago, but it remains a very good product.
